If you think that the service we provide can be improved, please tell us. Our aim is to make the greatest possible contribution to healthcare, by meeting your needs. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service please speak to our Branch Pharmacist or alternatively call our Complaints Co-ordinator on (01302) 369121. If you feel you cannot discuss your complaint with us you may contact the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service or your local PALS office via your local PCT. Details of your local PCT address can be found below. If you are not happy with the outcome of your complaint you may contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 40 33.
